Just to say it, but according to UBS 7% of the US population are millionaires. Most of them are really the upper middle class, rather then proper upper class.
I know the article is about even richer people. Throwing 3million at a home to get a visa, is obviously not something most millionaires will do.

Yes, but the haute bourgeoisie can easily built up an escape route. The petite bourgeoisie is more intressting, as they have less and need to actually move.
