At least mis-headlined, agreed.
They link to a msnbc live article that doesn't say this at all. Don't blindly trust headlines like these.

The reporter is saying that she believes that Trump is more loyal to Russia than Europe. That is not quite the same as Trump admitting to trusting Russia more.
