The audiobook is excellent as well. I am excited about the movie.

Audiobook is amazing. Then again, Ray Porter could read just about anything and make it amazing.

R.C. Bray also is another amazing audiobook reader. Right now reading (listening to) helldiver's.

I had it on my list for months and finally found an opening, and finished it last weekend. It's just such a good little book.

I'll have to check it out. I never heard of it until the movie promotion, but it sounds good!

Did anybody watch The Martian for the hard science?

It was more realistic science, with a series of fun scenes of Mark trying to survive.

Right!!!

And I rewatch it like ~4 times a year.

The Martian reminded me of a modern day "Robinson Crusoe on Mars" which is another old time favorite.
