Three friends. One secluded house abroad. A perfect holiday... until it isn't.

What starts as a relaxing getaway turns into a nightmare when a mysterious stranger begins stalking them. The sense of safety shatters. Paranoia sets in. Something terrible is coming and there's nowhere to hide.

I think "hanging" is meant to mean "hanging out", but this is a horror game...

I think it is both based on the noose in the marketing.
