Geocaching is a worldwide scavenger hunt that uses a GPS or phone app with GPS. There are over 3 million active caches around the world. Some are as small as a dime, others are big enough to walk into, all of them provide a unique adventure. We invite you to share your stories, photos, and experiences!

I've been geocaching for a couple of decades now, although very low-key. One reason has been that geocaching.com became such a pile of turd some time ago.

What other sites exist beside that one?

Personally I would be most interested in ones that have a reasonable amount of caches in Finland and Baltics, but maybe generating a somewhat comprehensible list of geocaching sites would be of use in general, so maybe let's try to collect one here?

c:geo (the main open source geocaching app) has a list of sources it's compatible with https://manual.cgeo.org/en/mainmenu/settings#services

(It looks like geocaching.su has some caches in Finland.)

It also makes using geocaching.com somewhat more bearable. Unfortunately geocaching.com has a monopoly on the hobby in most places.

Asking this same elsewhere, I already got a reply regarding Finland:
