Hi, ever since I migrated my database I cannot view any comments on posts. Connect still displays the number of comments on a post but not the comments themselves. What do?

I'm on Android 16 with a Samsung Galaxy 25, if that helps.

  • App Version: 1.0.405 (405)
  • Platform: android
  • OS Version: BP2A.250605.031.A3.A256BXXSADZA2

Modified Settings

The following settings have been changed from defaults:

  • isSwipeEnabled: false (default: true)
  • isSwipeNavigationEnabled: false (default: true)
  • enableExperimentalPostSwipe: true (default: false)
  • shouldOpenYoutube: false (default: true)
  • imageDomainRewrites: {} (default: {})

Update: I've added the requested info in the original posting AND noticed that the problem only occurs with postings from instances other than lemmy.world (my instance).

Hi, within Settings can you go to the three dot menu (top right) then Report Bug and copy and paste the text that it prefills?

Done, see OP. I've also noticed that some comments are visible if they are on my instance (lemmy.world) but not all.
