That number should be 0, globally.
Did they just give up counting when they got to Russia or Baltics?
There are plenty of oligarchs, but maybe it’s too hard to figure out which ones are still living in Russia (or alive at all).
Any knowledge on whether billionaires/billionaires wealth is increasing or decreasing?
