My parents always screamed at me when I was on the computer more than an hour a day, and they limited my TV time, too.
Now they sit in front of The TV all day while their brains rots to OANN, NewsMax, and all the other propaganda mills.

I literally just switch out laptops from the docking station or have to reattach some cables to my PC.
Don't tell me how to streamline this, it's my only exercise apart from grocery shopping.

I have to hit 3 whole kvm buttons to transform my work cubicle into my personal gaming workstation, but I also have weekly exercise classes so I don't need the extra exercise from switching laptops on the docking station. Gotta save some of that effort for class, ya know?

This nails it. Same blank stare, same hunched shoulders, different label. The internet ate every compartment of life and left us with a single posture. Funny and sad in the same panel.
Also guilty, of course. I tell myself I have hobbies, then realize my hobby is swapping tabs. If that is peak adulthood, give me a vacation from my own screen.
Get ready for mid-life joint pain and RSI if you spend that much time doing just one thing in one posture.

If you are on the phone a lot, these wireless headsets are great for ergonomics. Walk around, don't care what people say. They can sit hunched over their laptop.I will not do that.
Sitting/ standing set ups can be very easy to build some crappy home version of that.
