i will start: if you have scrolling problem, watch reels on mute

reason: if you watch it with sound, you will discover music not by yourself (meaning algorithm will recommend it for you or you will find music/other content due to band wagoning [no individuality]) , because there is a common perception process that if you get recommended music by others you are more likely to not like it / get bored after listening it a few times

I keep spreading this advice, as so many people seem to not know: Store your superglue in the fridge, and you'll actually get to finish the bottle. It prevents it from gluing itself shut.

This has to be a shit post, right? Surely the advice to a scrolling problem is to... you know.... stop scrolling, put the phone down, and go find someone to have a meaningful real life interaction with?

yes but you divide it into steps it is easier to solve

Maybe what's needed is a "this is what I'd write on my blog if I had one" community to redirect people to when they try to wedge things in here by forcing their thought into the form of a question.
