Zaccarino is charged with trespassing while armed, loitering and prowling, and resisting arrest without violence.

It sounds like he wasn't actually working there, and the headline is misleading as he was only putting the lingerie when the police arrived. The gun was under a breast implant he was holding. I'ce no doubt all of that would have affected the poluce's response, but it sounds like they've stuck to reasonable charges.
