As someone who remembers Dilbert as one of the biggest players on the comics page of 1990s newspapers and loved the strips (even though as a kid I didn't really appreciate a lot of the office humor), this hits hard on so many levels. Scott Adams, you could have stayed a great, but now your legacy is that of a MAGA loser with an AI obituary.

By the time I was old enough to really appreciate Dilbert, Scott Adam's was far enough removed from the American office that it was no longer funny.

For anyone who doesn't know, the “Dilbert” character has no mouth, yet in the AI version he sports a bright smile.

he had a mouth whenever he spoke in the cartoon so I never even realized he wasnt supposed to have one

Whenever the character came back from the future, his future incarnation had a mouth. And he was drawn with one occasionally before it, uh, stopped being cool to read the strip.

Hate to say it, but I think Adams would have been OK with this. Not with being hated and dead, obviously, but you know.

This fact makes Dilbert's usual mouthlessness even more characteristic.

“Just wait, AI will get better.”

I thought it was due to his short stature in the comic and here he's taller than both the shorties he's characterized with.

"Oh no somebody think of the artist!"

"Oh wait but fuck that one artist in particular"

at least they drew ratbert and pointy haired boss accurately.

Guy is dead

Lets ai generate an image immitating his art

Then put ourselves in front of the dead guy we are supposedly honoring

Coz we are clearly more important

I bet they just did this because "the left hate him" to be provocative

I have no mouth, but I must lick boot.

He had no mouth, but was one of the most racist POSes in the public eye in the US.

I hope he died hopeful. I hope that he thought, even up to the last minute, that the shitheel he sold his soul to would come through. I want his last moments in this life to have been a vain belief that he was going to be saved. Nothing soothes my black heart more than knowing some worthless cunt died wrong.

Three empty-headed cartoon characters puppeted by racists.

It's creepy how Vance's eyes are looking at me, and it's creepy how Trump looks like he anticipates going to the malt shoppe later.

We all know where Dilbert is going to.

He was visited by Phil, the Prince of Insufficient Light, the ruler of Heck.

...So that's where Trump and Vance will eventually be going, according to the official government story. Interesting.

"Look, it's not like we get a special cop bonus, if everyone survives in there, just do whatever."

A certain school shooting comes to mind...
