I'm facing a major production deadline at work. I'm one week away from a major delivery but I don't have enough units that pass CMM standards to qualify as shipplale. I BARLEY have enough time to make enough new units to fill the order but yeilds are unpredictable and not guaranteed in such a short time span. I have a ready supply of failing units that are probably able to be reworked into passing in time but again, yeilds are unpredictable. I only have time to choose one path and our relationship with our customer is on the line. Many people are on my team but ultimately this all falls on my shoulders. I start work in 4 and a half hours. I need to know what to do this week.
