I just heard today that this is the best bad movie ever made.
Im thrilled that this movie is starting to get the cult following it so desperately deserves.
It's hard to argue that this movie is good in the traditional sense, but it's definitely unique and that counts for a lot with genre filmmaking.
Haskins once mentioned a conversation he had with his son after the movie bombed. His son asked him why he decided to be in the movie, to which he responded "So I could buy you new shoes." His son's response? "Dad, I don't need shoes that badly."
I liked it
It's no Shawshank, but damn, it's fun to watch a campy train wreck once in a while.
Same goes for double dragon, it was a fun movie
