With devilstrand refrences and the knife in her hand, I'm sure its a rimworld refrence.

I expect the joke is that rimworld players will attack "invaders" like Santa when they enter the map in order to get their gear. Her uncle is pointimg out that hes not santa, just wearing devilstrand.
