A Hank Hill build would do pretty well in the wasteland tbh
He'd probably just go crazy from having no lawn to take care of.
He'd be that dude with the perfectly preserved house in the bombed out neighborhood and you'll be suspicious that he's a creepy cannibal who'll keep you locked in the basement to fatten you up until slaughter. But it turns out he just loves home repair and maintenance.

I swear, I just need to set all lockpicking and hacking minigames to be pass or fail skill checks. While I'm not good at hacking and don't enjoy the minigame, I always eventually crack them. On the other hand, I'm so good at lockpicking that I can pick any Fallout lock in 1-2 lockpicks.
