Really cool, just the "total delays" time is meaningless, some kind of relative figure would have been more useful

The opposite; the current stat of total delay per country is a 'people live in big country' stat

Yeah - I really do not want to defend Deutsche Bahn, but they are totally running more trains in a bigger country than ÖBB or SBB. Just measuring the total amount of delays is really not helpful.
