Found it on a local market place site, the seller said it's a Lenovo T14 Gen4

Genuine Intel 0000 means it's an engineering sample. I would guess this is some sort of preproduction/production sample Thinkpad with that in mind.

Personally I'd buy it just so I could own an engineering sample. That's dope

Does dxdiag.exe show anything different? Also it might be worth trying installing Lenovo vantage from the ms store which should have additional info like warranty.

Apparently Lenovo does the XXXX model number on their engineering samples

I can't test it because I saw it on a market place website

If you're asking for more information on it, using an app like CPU-Z would probably yield the most precise hardware info.

I'll try asking the seller

Ask him also what’s the deal with that thumb, how much can he flex it

Mine bends like that. About 60 degrees unassisted, 90 if I'm pushing it back.

What about in the bios?

According to the psref if it has 20 cores then it's the Core i7-1370P which is the top end CPU.

That looks like an incredibly rare piece of tech history, I highly recommend buying it
