How does renewing health cards not cost money? It'll cost money, but the UCP is saying they'll put that cost on Alberta.
I'm not convinced that such a step would even solve the alleged problem of potential abuse. Really, I'm not sure how serious the issue is either as the UCP are rather vague. But I am certain that this will have massive impact on the vulnerable, the folks who don't have ID to begin with.
