I've had ice cream that looks like that.
Coin flip it's either the best ice cream you've ever had or the grossest.

This absolutely rocks, I am looking forward to trying the other flavors. I've come across a few super creamy handmade ice creams like this before, but luckily have avoided any gross ones so far.
I am all ears though, did that happen to you?
One was a farmer's market homemade artisanal ice cream. That one was unfortunately gross.
The rest were while traveling. Mixed bag. I've learned to avoid the color blue.
ooh, bummer. Dairy is the only farmer's market product I've ever had real trouble with. Expired goat cheese once in...Portland, I think? Horrendous.
My travel ice creams have been gooood so far. Laos, Italy, here, any handmade ice creams have rocked, completely ruined any processed US ice cream for me. I will bear blue in mind as untrustworthy, thanks for the heads up.
Your mileage may vary, literally.
Maybe I just don't like the flavor blue.
Blue is the least trustworthy of flavors, especially fluorescent or electric blue, the commonest ice cream blue.
This gramma ice cream doesn't make blue, but I'll check all of them to make sure they're up to snuff.
