I don't think so. Everything is too consistent for it to be. The overwraps on the pots and the consistency of their bodies being the biggest tells that it isn't AI, at least IMO.
I clicked around a little bit and it looks like FA doesn't allow ai slop, also the artist talks about their process a bit in their FAQ and doesn't mention it. So i think it's not, hopefully

I don't think so. Everything looks way too intentional, notice how the background is blurred in a way to match the original meme. "AI" will usually make everything in focus.
