Woah I forgot how noisy those look. It's like its trying to camouflage itself.
Sometimes it's what you need though. It's not pizza, just like McDonald's isn't real food. It's its own thing.
It didn't matter what I going off to do, my mom would always say "have fun." I always remember that because it's good advice. Try to enter every appropriate situation with the intention of enjoying yourself.
I like to say it to people when they excuse themselves to the bathroom.
If they do a double take, I’ll add “not too much, though.”

Yup, that time of year when I have to turn on my theater-kid mode and pretend I enjoy all the work-related stuff I have to show up to and "enjoy" or it could literally hurt my career.

Having fun/fucking around with something is often a great way to learn about it. Follow your curiosity and see where it leads you.
Yet if you strayed outside any of the other guidelines you were severely penalized.

Not just allowed, but we were written up if we didn't have the mandated level of fun. You had to be careful though. If you exceeded your allotted fun quotient you were subject to severe reprimand.
