I do the 9x9 home-office in a newer concrete building. Triple-pane windows to cut down on street noise (roadway, hospital, metro, cargo rail) is so great. 24.3c and snuggly cats and dog if I need a boost.

I WFH in a small home office that used to be the coalshed for the 1960’s council house.
We use it to dry our clothes with a dehumidifier over night (no tumble dryer) so in the morning it's nice and warm, then working in there with 3 monitors and a laptop that CHUCKS out heat, it stays toasty alllll day.
In the summer though, it's like an oven in there.
I've started eating chopped raw white onions. I don't know if it's a mild allergic reaction or not, but it raises my internal temperature a considerable amount, whilst giving me a decent amount of gas to heat up the bed later.

I broke out my big warm coat with the fuzzy wuzzy hood trim and walked around smiling comfortably at the under-dressed men who think being cold is a big flex. Who's gonna cuddle a dude with a body like a sack of hammers anyway?
You've summed it up perfectly, OP. We're in the same boat with our Victorian stained-glass windows, mopping up condensation two or three times a day. The only solution, of course, is to open them and let in the freezing weather - truly enjoyable fix!
On the bright side, I can't complain about soup and porridge season!
It's 2°C outside, but fairly toasty inside because both Mrs GreyShuck and I have the lurgy and so the heating is turned up. Personally, my temp is all over the place. My feet were simultaneously too hot and too cold most of last night.
I'm currently inside but I'm somewhat warm. Yesterday, I gone for walk and I can feel the cold air from my hands. Thank god I have a nice coat from a charity shop which putting my hands in my pocket made them warm again
I'm quite warm. I have a lovely thick quilted blanket and a little dog who is a personal bed heater.
My monkeys are all brassssssic
