Now in regards to who's the next mastermind in politics, Arroyo is the obvious one.
I don't want to be a stick in the mud but people joking about him still being alive should instead focus on how he lived up to 100+ while being generally healthy.
Most of my friends died in their late 20s, mid-30s due to a lot of factors — whether drinking and partying in their youth then developing a disease as a result, or being sexually active without getting tested. And stats do show that the older gen-Zs and millennials are dying very early. My dad is 80+ already but he still does shit like he's 60 and he's not exactly some fitness nut.
Edit: And just when I posted this, I saw the news that he passed away already.
For one and just like Kissinger, I'm sure he had full-time palliative-care medical staff on bankroll, so for the last 20-30 years he was being monitored, and this included being heavily ascetic unlike his peers he outlived.
This is the logical conclusion — but there's like thousands of wealthy people around the world with plausible access to the same resources but they barely even get to 80. It's only when Enrile was around 99 when he avoided the public eye and showed signs that he's going to croak.

Access does not always mean everyone will be interested in those resources...
If it's not wealth or common sense, it's genetics... and luck.
