A woman suffering from low self esteem gets breast enhancement surgery, unaware that her plastic surgeon worships H.P. Lovecraft's Elder Gods, and the surgery is part of a diabolical plot to rule the world.
It's a tale as old as time.
A B-movie with its tongue firmly placed in its cheek. Killer Rack isn't sleazy at all (there's actually only one instance of real boob exposure), but it's witty and it has a lot of heart.
Well worth seeking out.
