Guess a slaughterhouse is one of these places where you should use soap also before toilet.

Maybe you misunderstood? The bacteria is in the meat produced by the slaughterhouse, survives preparation and digestion, then proliferates in the bladders of consumers. It is unrelated to bathroom hygiene.
