The direct phrasing is satire, the meaning is true.
We know it's true, but did he actually say what's posted? Plz link to proof, if so.
It shouldn't be written as a quote attributed to him. My understanding is that it's a reasonable paraphrase of the various things he's said though.
Of course it is, but having it come straight from the horse's mouth would be helpful in dealing with those in denial of reality.
