Hey gang, I've been wanting to pretty up my desktop environment but I can't seem to find anything about using themes for GNOME and I can't get tweaks to install. Anyone have suggestions?

From what I know, GNOME doesn't officially support themes and the developers are very adamant that you don't use them. If you really want to customize your desktop, then you'll probably be better off with KDE. Do note that while you can rebase your current installation it's recommended that you completely reinstall the operating system.

This.

Theming GNOME is hacky and actively discouraged.

They don't want that 🤡 You should use cinamon instead... Or accept this

They are extension but no official

I don't mind unofficial, I just want pretty. How would someone switch from gnome to cinnamon on bazzite? I've only ever distro hopped and tinkered within a system, big changes like that are new to me.

Try Gnome Extensions app. There are 2 of them for some reason and I can't remember which one to use.
