Seems fine. I don't have a strong opinion because I haven't paid attention to him. I generally don't when it comes to local politicians who I can't vote for.

I hope he does well and makes the people of NYC proud.

Surprised nobody answered this...

I think he's a smart person with very progressive ideas. I think he has the charm and wit to win over a lot of people (hell, he just got Trump to be cheerful about being called a fascist).

However, I think there is going to be a reality check when he tries to actually implement many of the policies that he ran on. He will probably get some of them enacted, but he will face a lot of resistance in getting the major ones passed.
