Interesting, I have never looked at Paprika as a "Scary Horror Anime", just psychodellic AF.
Attack on Titan and Death Note? 100% yes.

Really? Death Note certainly has a goth aesthetic to it, but I'm not sure what's "horror" about it besides that.

Few of these are horror anime, and it's largely a copy/paste of big-name anime over the years. Who the hell thinks Hellsing is a horror anime? Or Akira? Or Berserk? There's nothing scary in them, they're just action anime.

Where's Mieruko-chan? Or Happy Sugar Life? Those are legit horror anime.

Higurashi is the most horror themed anime on the list. Maybe im just biased because i dropped it as a kid because it creeped me out to much.
