i go outside when its dark and I can run through the streets without having to see other people's eyes.
But still, going outside clears the head. I think getting that kind of stimulation is very good for your mental health.
If you've got a tranquil nature scene outside your house, sure. Sounds nice.
I've discovered the benefits of taking regular walks in large cities, so you don't need tranquil nature scenes.
The less people I interact with the less I can mess up basic social interactions and panic all day about making everyone's lives worse.
Now don't panic ... but ...
Marina Karlova has a great video about this feeling actually. I feel no shame for my nature.
