Having tried a donut burger before I'll say it's a bad idea. The sweetness of the glaze clashes horribly with the savory meat like a train hitting a concrete wall at full speed.

That doesn't make sense, barbeque sauce is great on burgers.

Barbecue sauce is also smoky and spicy to help ease the transition between sweet and savory. Burgers in donuts is like kimchi flavored ice cream. Some people may like it but it's likely a small group.
