But, will they fix all the ridiculous fricking bugs?!?? Because this feels like I installed an early Beta of iOS 26… I’ve never had to reboot my iPhone daily in my life before. I’ve never had iMessages, or Safari crash or freeze or lockout like this before, ever.
And the inconsistencies of the new interface… what is this, Windows 11? Have I installed the wrong OS by mistake?
Since when do I have to fight with my phone’s interface to get the mere basic tasks done?!?
Seriously Apple, you’ve shit the bed biiiig time with this one.
I wanna go back. I want my iOS 17 back. With the squircles and the functional UI and all.
Which device are you experiencing this on?
iPhone 15. 2/3 storage full only. Always kept max charge to 80%.
This is the kind of release that as a software developer if I worked there, I’d feel really embarrassed by it.
I frequently experience two usability bugs that should have been caught prior to release.
I won’t bore you with details, but one is simply selecting text, and the other is scrolling in apps that have horizontal sections, like Associated Press and YouTube.
I wish they would stop adding stupid new shit. Fix the bugs, and the atrocious battery life I now have. Once the operating system is stable, then you can start adding new features.
