I've seen this one a few times and like the premise, but the engineer in me marvels that somehow after succumbing to pretty brutal forces, that things still runs (albeit not well). The fact that someone replaced some components on it to do so is just icing on the cake.

That’s a cyrillic number plate from somewhere in the former USSR, right?

The number plate layout looks like Russia's. I don't know what else it could be.
