I ordered for the first time from Zenni, after the positive comments I've read. I clicked on Progressive, I know I ordered progressive, but now, after I got delivery, my order says "bi-focal", and that's what I got, they're useless to me, the line cuts right across my keyboard in my view. Also, their "chat" function on their website doesn't work, it's a dead link. The prescription is right, however, so at least they got that right?

Fuck, $100 down the drain.

Edit: Of course, if you use their contact form to request a return, the required "what is the reason" field is completely missing:

Have you tried using a different browser? I've had to request a return from Zenni before and didn't have this issue

You should take this over to softwaregore. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with this company. I would bet that it is not impossible for you to hit f12 inspect the area where the missing field should be and to find a way to access it with the dev console in your browser. You should not have to go to extreme lengths like that. That is fucked but you might have to do this

If that doesn't work, they do have a customer service phone number you can call, at least. Many companies do their best to avoid all contact with customers.
