The parents who are terrified of pedophiles around every corner are the ones that scare me the most.
As a child, I complained about the lack of privacy in the locker rooms, our school pool was the public pool. I was told there was nothing abnormal about seeing a strange old man's balls as he dried them at the hand dryer.
Normalize more privacy in locker rooms and bathrooms.
Some people so sure their understanding is the only way. Bigoted and hateful is never a proper outlook for people in a healthy society.
I bet they couldn't name one thing that's personally happened to them that they don't think is acceptable by someone they don't like due to their lifestyle. Or even read true stories about besides them thinking other people's lifestyle has an impact on them in some made up fantasy.
