Just wondering if there is a Darn Tough sock alternative here in Canada that has a similar quality/warranty as Darn Tough. Id run through 5 times as many socks if I didnt purchase them but I also would preffer to buy locally.

I bought 3 pairs of these at MEC in August for Mountain Biking and have been using them for everything else ever since. Cushioned, comfortable and have stood up to multiple washes well so far. And they haven’t caused itching yet.

A good option, but nowhere near as durable as Darn Tough, I dont know if im just really hard on my socks but I burn through these guys in a year. Darn tough socks last me 2-5 years depending on the style

I haven't field tested their mid-weight options in workboots over time, so no guarantees, but I know Duray is a Canadian brand and the winter weight pair I have has held up really well around the house and for snowshoeing.

Side note, I like to keep ripped socks and use them for dusting the house, or as rags for cleaning.

I've also been looking for a Canadian Darn Tough alternative, but it feels like most of them are so bland, I wish there were some more options for good quality socks with personality!

I usually get my Darn Toughs from a local business so I felt okay about continuing to buy them, but the price has increased(as to be expected with tariffs, but they are already pricey to begin with) and they have discontinued the exchange/warranty program at that local shop, which definitely makes them less appealing.

We still do the warranty through darn tough themselves. Mailing the socks in has been fine.
