Boycott US

Overview:

The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.

Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.

America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.

America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

Too many pathetically give in to MAGA. History will not remember them kindly.

They will continue to make billions. Sure, some may have to rebrand because of the sheer level of atrocities in which they were complicit, but they will become the pride of the nation.

Just because a company helps them control information, or makes the killing machines, it doesn't mean a thing.

This is clearly all wrong. We don’t need to block ICE, we need to be able to find them and personally thank them for their hard work in making America safer. No, not the office workers who don’t do anything but the brave, hard working field agents who track down these dangerous criminals. They must be so busy they can’t stop to get food or drink!

Won’t somebody please make an app to help me locate these hardworking agents so I can hand them a box of donuts or a case of bottled water?

Most apps are just webpages. Just post the URL ffs.

This is the way.

Host the websites in Canada as well.

Why not making it a web service? Apps shouldn't be required for this

Yes, it highlights why we need to allow side loading.

But it also highlights why not everything needs to be an app. Webpages would have the same functionality.

I guess the only thing that sucks about webapps is you don't get notifications from them

It's a sacrifice Apple is willing to make, don't worry about them.

I hope Cook and friends suffer for this, I have almost entirely de-Appled my self minus the iPad, iPhone, and AppleTV. I know those are three big things but I do not use any of the Apple services minus FaceTime and Siri. Again I know those are two big services but moving family onto something else is difficult.

I used to pay Apple a fairly big bill for all my security and anonymization, I have moved to Canadian companies and have been able to do so much more.

If you already have it installed, it’s still there (for now).
