We're having sweet corn with dinner, which means the girls get to have corn silk which is one of their favorite treats.

Oo I got to try giving this to my pigs. They've finally started to like carrot which is so good because its so cheap Compared to the other veggies they like to eat.
I like it because all the parts we would discard go to the pigs.
I remove the outside layers of the husks and only give them the interior layers, and they get as much of the corn silk as I manage to peel off.
They go wild for the corn silk. We usually have more than we can give them in a single day, but I put the excess in a bag and it keeps for a couple days in the fridge.
