It's obviously a global push. I expect no country is going to be spared draconian identity verification rules in the near future.

This has already happened here in the UK, a cheap VPN fixes it

The more vpn's,i2p,tor etc use the faster the decisions will come there... Everything is under attack... It's all about state trojans, the fight against encryption etc... ISP's are also being harnessed... Sooner or later directly at the nodes
