Considering they would add the ice cubes before cooking it, they would just get warm, soggy and probably undercooked pizza.

"I asked for ice cubes! Where are they?"

"Like the cheese, they melted. Those soggy parts are the melted ice cubes."

Dry ice would be probably better, not to soak it. Then you just have to put it in the oven.
