I’ve been missing my towns local communities but not enough to visit Reddit. I’d be really happy if they were cross-posted to Lemmy, even if that means there would be no one to see anything I post
The activity could draw more users in to post more too.
I have things I want to post often but lots of dead or non-existent communities

Guess I'm the idiot. What's wrong with the picture? Looks like their boat was wrecked and they're trying to get it on the beach.
it's going to roll over when a couple good waves hit it. plus their lines are so loose, the boat moving could trap someone with a line that suddenly goes tight with all the weight of the boat. if their not trying to make it pointed at the beach fore or aft, they probably have a bad day
By the tension on the line, it looks like they're ready to yank it straight, perpendicular to the shore. 🤷🏻
