@AntiBullyRanger At least now I understand how "ordinary russians" came to be. Soon, "ordinary Americans" will be saying how they can't do anything, because they will be getting arrested for holding a plain white paper. It won't get easier and the fascist are not going to stop voluntarily or democratically, that's kinda their whole point.

Well, given that the correct statement in that situation would be "We should run for our lives", the 🐑 on the right is technically correct, the best kind of correct.

Whatever will produce the best outcome in both the short and the long term. Trying something and failing would be demoralizing, but still better than just getting slaughtered. Proving that escape is an option may encourage others to try and escape.

So there's no real definitive answer to your question.
