Honestly that would be an improvement. Would probably keep rich fucks under control if they knew they actually had a potential of seeing consequences.

If you think it's unbelievable look up what the guy who received a face transplant and a hand transplant where it took. Because what he looked like before the transplant was pretty much on par with Harvey Dent
That would signify that the new hire will at least be correct and just half the time, instead of a sycophant all the time.
Yeah i can't think of any big batman villains that wouldn't be a step up for this administration.
At least when Harvey defers all of his decisions to a President (the one on his coin), he's transparent about it. And half of the time he actually DOESN'T make the evil decision, so that is an improvement too.
And even his evil shit isn't, like, miller level evil.
Shes not going anywhere and will be debasing herself for him on his deathbed.
