The cost is on the plaintiffs, whereas the federal govt has effectively unlimited money to spend even before ignoring g court orders. While my state is not on this list, the AGs office was funded with tens of millions of dollars extra this year. While we do have a good education system to protect, there are so many other illegal actions taken by this administration that no one has time for them all. We all do what we can and hope most illegal actions get some court time
