Space Romans, Space Vikings, Space Barbarians, Space Persians, No Space Hittites though that's too crazy

Also Space Mongols (white scars). If you really squint, you might even have some Space Dacians as well.

Something else that also has space Romans is Ultima by Stephen Baxter. Much of it takes place in an alternate timeline where the Roman empire still exists in the 2220s.

Also, "High Gothic" being essentially bastardised Latin, which honestly fits with the theme of chasing a glorious past with only fragments of knowledge left about it. Ave Deus Machina!

Anglo-Saxons looking at the remains of a Roman aqueduct a few hundred years after the Empire's fall: "Bruh, giants built some amazing walls to keep out invaders in the past."
