I'm not sure but I am sure that Trump will do his best to ensure we get well across that line.
It's a good thing for Trump that no red states lie in the direct path of hurricanes.
At this point I think the southern seaboard is all in a mass suicide pact.
Aren't we already there? People still died when we were adequately funding the program, with the budget cuts more people will die than would have died without cuts.
