If you count inane AI babblings as a microblog, then yes.
This is the exact reason I can't take werewolf movies seriously.
I looked into king of the hill to send a funny picture to my then GF and I can no longer look Peggy in the eyes...
I can compartmentalise, so I can see rule34 of a character in one context, then in the context of consuming the original media, it doesn't affect me at all/crop up in my mind.
