Define support
Help with using the moderation panel, ideas, bit of support when we have a rough modding day etc
Most of what you're asking for is what this group is for. Also, reach out to people if you need help/wanna chat. I'm always available. I would say others from my team's too but don't wanna put them on the spot.
I will say this, the best thing you can do is refrain from getting emotionally attached. The more you're willing to appoint people to share your load, the better. Don't fool yourself into thinking you have to prop up a community single handedly, sometimes it's better to let things trickle at their own pace.
