I got this cuff at the flea market for $14. It's very uncomfortable to get on and off my wrist, but it's a real showstopper.

I have two! One is a large silver locket, I walked past a 2nd hand store and saw it and loved it. It's really big and chunky.

The other is bright pink plastic beads in large flat circles. It's really unique and I've never seen anything like it
