It's impressive that he's capable of standing. I often wonder how ripped the legs of someone this obese would be if they instantly dropped all of their fat and loose skin.

No creepshots / fat shaming pics allowed. Mainly the subjects are animals, but big foods and objects, like statues, are also allowed. while mild NSFW stuff is allowed (as long as its put in it's own tag when posting), anything more than that (and borderline NSFL) is straight up banned. This includes stuff that is sexual in nature, gory, anything not very palpable for the eyes.

Yes. Lot of the obese people i know in their 30s have powder knees.
i had watched the 1000lb sister, and tammys knees were destroyed from the weight being over 600lbs.

That is David Morgan-Hewitt. He was a friend of the queen and manages a fancy hotel, I can't remember which one. My wife has actually met him and reported he's even more enormous irl.
He's actually a quadriplegic with an atrophic body ... the bulk of his body is an elaborate machine that helps him to move around.
